The DISC Personality System is the universal language of behavior. Research has shown that behavioral characteristics can be grouped together in four major divisions called personality styles. People with similar styles tend to exhibit specific behavioral characteristics common to that style. All people share these four styles in varying degrees of intensity. The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters:

    • DISC Behavior Style Assessment: Assessment tool for up to 5  participants. (online)
      • You will be given a unique key code to access and complete your online assessment. (Usually takes roughly 30 minutes to complete)
    • DISC Behavior Style Assessment Report: Results Report for up to 5  participants. (27 pages)

    • 1.5 hour Assessment Results Debrief: 1 on 1 Coaching for up to 5  participants. (via skype)
      • At least one half hour of instrument interpretation and Coaching session preparation, followed by a 1 on 1 Coaching and Debrief session via skype of the Instrument results and valuable personalized next steps for personalized growth and workshop readiness for each participant.
    • Fully facilitated experience for you.
      • No worries for you. You just complete the assessment and show up for the pre workshop Coaching Session and I will do the rest of the work. You just add space, people and a few supplies.
      • Add additional participants for a nominal fee.

Full Day Leadership Development Workshop – $1449

Additional Participant fee – $167.50 each
